While en route to a medical facility, the radiator developed a hole, causing the engine to overheat. The radiator has since been replaced; however, the unit continues to leak coolant from an unknown location. The issue is believed to be related to either the water pump or potentially the engine block behind the water pump, though no definitive diagnosis has been made.
