Two Bullwheel Angled Transport Brackets

These custom bullwheel transport brackets are designed to safely transport chairlift bullwheels while reducing overall transport height and width. The brackets bolt together and can be disassembled for convenient palletized storage and shipping when not in use.

These brackets have been successfully used to transport both triple and quad chairlift bullwheels. When used with a low-profile trailer (approximately 36" deck height or less), the highest point of the load should remain below the legal highway height limit of 13' 6".

While the bullwheel will still exceed the legal trailer width of 102", the overall load width is significantly reduced compared to transporting a bullwheel in its normal orientation. A typical quad chairlift bullwheel is approximately 13 feet wide. By transporting the bullwheel at an angle, overall transport costs may be reduced and pilot car requirements may be simplified, depending on the route and permitting requirements.
